Hello, my name is Forest and I am a Reiki therapist as well as a yoga instructor. I believe in the healing power of touching. I am convinced that we are our own healer. Everyone has the ability to heal his or her life. Reiki therapist is a pioneer of oneself’ realization. I help my client to realize the physical pain sometime is beyond the physical level. We hold the space to release the unwanted energy from the body through Reiki healing.

My therapy has helped clients overcame with various emotional blockages, body tension, physical discomfort, anxiety, insomnia, low self-esteem and chronic fatigue. Clients often claim that they have a strong sense of security from my attentive listening and gentle touching. They left the session with feeling deeply relaxed, at peace and grounded.

Reiki is a therapy often described as palm healing or hands-on-body healing in which a practitioner places hands lightly on or over a patient's body to facilitate the patient's process of healing.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei (靈)which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki(氣) which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."

 Receiving a hands-on Reiki session. Balancing the chakras and unblocking any negativities. Feel the energy washing the body inside out. *

 

Tailor-made yoga lesson for restoring and recharging your body and mind. Yoga poses are done with breathing techniques and guided meditation. *

 

In this 60 min yoga group class,

you will learn yoga poses with breathing techniques based on the theme of the class. Pose adjustment will be assisted by the teacher.
